ABOUT THIS COURSE

Self Love in the Kitchen is a 3-week online course where you will take action in developing a loving Food Mindset while simultaneously giving your Kitchen a Kickass Makeover!

This is about empowering you to ditch both inflammatory thoughts AND foods!

Inside the course, I teach you the mindset shifts you need to Turn Eating Healthy into a Sustainable Lifestyle. My philosophy is that when you begin to love yourself first, you can create a truly balanced, nourishing relationship with both food & your body. The key to sustainability here is that it HAS to start with love.

In addition to shifting your mindset, you will be learning the whys behind how to eat, and also the hows by experimenting in your kitchen with tons of delicious real-food ingredients & recipes!

MY PERSONAL STORY

 

I'm Shannon, and I created this course because after working with one-on-one clients for over a year, I realize that SO MANY people are struggling with having a balanced, loving relationship with food and our bodies.

Also, very honestly, I was the person saying yes to all the questions above...


I remember the first time I looked in the mirror, at 10 years old, and thought "I'm fat".


I remember when I put myself on my first diet, four years later.


I remember when I would stand in my pantry and binge on food late night and then workout twice the next day to "burn it off."


I remember when I thought that paleo was the answer to all my problems.


I remember when I thought that if I lost just ten pounds that everything in my life would shift in a positive way.


I remember when I had a full-on panic attack because I realized I had been hating my body for 12 years.


I remember when I looked myself in the mirror, staring myself in the eyes, and firmly deciding I've had enough.


I remember when I felt scared, alone, and helpless because I had no idea how to start loving my body.


I remember realizing "If I can learn to love my body, to truly love my body, then I can help anyone love theirs."


And this is WHY I am here today.

After whole-heartedly committing to turning years of strict food rules, body deprivation, and shame into self-love-based actions, I can tell you that I have never felt so proud of my body and empowered by my food choices than I do today.

I am here here to help you realize that you too can feel at peace, in love, and beautiful, every single day.
