I created this Course because meditation has changed my life.
Cliche, I know.
But it's the absolute truth.
Two years ago, my mind was a mess.
Every day I experienced a flood of negative thoughts - every single form of "you are not good enough" flowed through my consciousness. I was self-critical. I was hot tempered. I was impatient. I felt I always needed to be busy - filling my schedule with activities. I had an overwhelming feeling that I didn't have enough time to meditate or to slow down.
And then one day I made the decision to just try.
I started with one minute.
Then I dipped my toe into two, three, four...
Before I knew it I had worked my way up to twenty minutes. Many times twice a day.
Before I knew it I had experimented with dozens of forms of meditation - mindfulness meditation, moving meditations, affirmation-based meditations, guided meditations, visualizations, hypnosis, the list goes on.
Before I knew it I had become aware of the disempowering thoughts and stories that I was creating my life with.
Before I knew it I began to transform them.
Before I knew it I found myself getting glimpses of being rather than doing.
Before I knew it I had become friends with the present moment.
Before I knew it I had become friends with myself.
Before I knew it I was loving myself.
Before I knew it I was happy.
And this is why I am bringing you the course today.
Because if I could name one thing has been the most pivotal in my own journey, and the one thing I deeply know will benefit every single human on this planet, it's the practice of meditation.
